What you receive, in full
The interpreted report is the record of advice. It comes with an action plan in two forms — a printable PDF and an online page — generated from the same engagement, within 48 hours of a consultative call. Here is exactly what that looks like.
The board summary a director would repeat
The report opens with a one-page summary a board member can carry into the room and say out loud. Findings are set in order of urgency, each tied to the regulatory obligations it touches — not a score, but a reading of where the firm is governed and where it is exposed.
Nothing that can't be acted on
Every action carries an owner — marked as agreed with you or proposed — and a date that says whether it was agreed, recommended, or still to be confirmed. The work is sequenced into a defensible order, with the effort each takes and the evidence to keep.
Who carries the work, and what starts now
The action plan shows who carries the work and what begins immediately — one card per action, with effort colour-coded so the load is visible at a glance. It holds the actions, owners and timing only, never the findings, so it can circulate inside your firm.
The work against the time you have
A timeline sets the work against the time available, and a dependency map shows what waits for what — so the sequence isn't a wish-list but a plan that accounts for what has to happen first.
A page your team works through
The same plan as a live page: tick actions off, filter by owner, copy the drafts, and download the PDF. It states which report and version it came from, and the report always prevails if the two ever differ.

This specimen is illustrative and depicts a fictional firm. A real report is written to your firm's own situation after a consultative call. Sequence Advisory uses AI tools to help structure, check and draft its work; every finding, recommendation and draft is reviewed and approved by Paul Soares, who is accountable for the advice.
